Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

2. Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
• Consumers in the UK and EU may have additional statutory rights, which are not affected by this policy.

3. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
